Hamilton’s Burlington Street is no longer the CAA’s Worst Road in the province.
It’s now No. 6, the first time since 2016 it’s not occupied the dubious top spot in Ontario.
Barton Street is now the worst road in Hamilton, finishing fifth in the voting.
Toronto’s Eglinton Avenue East topped CAA’s list for 2019 followed by Riverdale Drive in the community of Washago (north of Orillia) and Dufferin Street in Toronto.
Kitchener’s King Street East was third worst road in CAA’s West Region.
The top two in West Region are Wharncliffe Road South in London and Radical Road in Port Dover while the rest of the top five included Quaker Street in Norwich and Wonderland Road which is also in London.
In Niagara Region, the top five are McLeod, Drummond and Portage Road, Saint David’s and Sider Roads.
