Guelph co-workers collect $60-million Lotto Max prize

Nine now-former co-workers in Guelph are enjoying freedom after they collected a $60-million Lotto Max jackpot.

All nine, who worked the same line on the same shift at Linamar Corporation have quit their jobs after striking gold on December 21st.

The group told a news conference at OLG in Toronto this (Thursday) morning, they handed in their resignations to Linamar, an auto parts manufacturer.

The winning ticket was purchased at Little Short Stop Store on Silvercreek Parkway in Guelph.
