Protests shut down bridge, roads in southern Brant

Provincial Police are warning area motorists to be aware of potential traffic delays today on Cockshutt Road.

Indigenous protestors have shut down the Cockshutt Bridge and parts of County Roads 4 and 18 in southern Brant County.

Police also say protests may interrupt the normal flow of traffic on Highway 401 and 403.

Traffic is reportedly backed up on Highway 24.
