WLU professor Heritage Day Workshop featured speaker

The historic Sanderson Centre is the backdrop for a Brantford tradition.

The 22nd annual Heritage Day Workshop – next Friday – will bring together people from the region to promote and celebrate the human heritage resources within the Grand River watershed.

The theme – “Brantford: Celebrating our Past, Building our Future,” features guest speaker Dr. Kathryn Carter, Associate Vice President of Teaching and Learning at Wilfrid Laurier University.

The city says Dr. Carter’s panel session on cultural revolution “Let’s Keep Brantford Weird: Regenerating our Arts and Culture Legacy” is sure to be an engaging part of the workshop.
