Brantford teen located

Brantford Police announced around 4:00 p.m. Monday that Shaeylae “Emma” Ford-Banks had been located and is safe.

Brantford Police are asking for the public’s help in locating a 14-year-old girl.

Shaeylae Ford-Banks, who goes by the first name Emma, was last seen in the 100 block of North Park Street, just before 5:30 this (Monday) morning.

She’s described as 5-foot-2, 108 pounds with a slim build, long blonde hair and blue eyes, possibly wearing red framed glasses.

Ford-Banks was wearing a black waist length jacket that may have had fur around the hood.

Police say it’s possible she may now be in another city and with an unknown male who was seen wearing an orange sweatshirt with a hood.

If anyone sees Ford-Banks, they’re asked to contact Detective Jason Sinning of the Brantford Police at 519-756-7050 ext 2265.
